Complete this calendar form to book your pickup time. Pickups commence May 1/2018.

Step 1: Select the month you would like on the calendar using the >> arrows. 

Step 2: Click on the date you would like by clicking on the date.

Step 3: Book your pickup appointment time slot by clicking on the Book Column link to the right of the time slot.

Step 4: Complete the Personal Information and Contact Details fields.

Step 6: Click on the Book Pickup Time button.
